Pricing  Information

We take pride in offering fair and straightforward pricing. Below is a clear breakdown of how our charges work:

Fixed Rate Services

  • No Call Out Fees: When you book a fixed rate service, there are no additional call-out fees. You simply pay the agreed-upon fixed price, unless extra work is requested during the visit.

Call Out Charges

  • Initial Fee: Our call-out fee covers the first hour, including tasks such as investigation, labor, diagnosing the issue, and sourcing any necessary parts.

  • Additional Time Charges: After the first hour, we charge in 30-minute increments. Any time spent between the 1st and 30th minute after the initial hour will be billed as an additional half-hour.

No Hidden Extras

We believe in transparency—our prices include all necessary charges such as parking, ULEZ, and congestion fees, with no additional costs.

Online Booking Details

  • Booking Window: Online appointments can only be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Discounts: A discount is applied to all bookings made online.

  • Deposit Requirement: A deposit is necessary to confirm your online booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • No Charges for Early Cancellations: If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Changes or Cancellations Within 12 Hours: For changes or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment, please contact us by phone. We’ll do our best to avoid any cancellation fees.

  • Late Cancellations: If the booking is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, no cancellation fee will apply.

  • Cancellation Fee: If any of the above conditions are not met, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value will be applied.

Access and Site Issues

  • No Access: If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a half-hour charge will apply.

  • Work Delays Due to External Factors: If we are unable to carry out the work due to factors beyond our control (excluding our fault), we will apply a minimum charge of half an hour.

Billing Information

All individuals or businesses that book our services are responsible for covering the total cost of the work performed.

Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Upon Completion: Payments are due in full once the job is finished.

  • Online Bookings: For online bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card

  • We accept card payments both on-site and over the phone.

  • For online bookings, payment is processed at the time of booking.

  • Cash payments are also accepted on-site.

Bank Transfer

  • Bank transfer details will be provided on the invoice.

  • Please ensure to include the invoice number as a reference when making a transfer.

  • Bank transfers are typically used for larger payments or deposits.

No VAT

Currently, we are not charging VAT on our services. Enjoy our VAT-free prices while they last!
